My contributions

The My Contributions page lets you view how your contributions are distributed across different maintenance categories.
It provides a clear visual breakdown of where your money goes within the maintenance plan.

How it works

  • Contributions are grouped into categories based on the type of asset or expense:

    • Enclosure – external parts of the building such as roof, wall cladding, and windows

    • Interior – partitions, doors, floors and internal elements

    • Finish – tiling, carpeting
    • Services – systems such as plumbing, electrical, fire equipments, and lifts

    • External – landscaping, pavements, and site features

    • Miscellaneous – other items not covered in the main categories

    • Fees, Income & Adjustments – includes professional fees, bank charges, income, and any manual contribution adjustments

  • A pie chart displays the proportions of your contributions allocated to each category.
This makes it easy to see which areas of the building require the most funding.

Viewing contributions by unit

If you manage or own multiple units, you can view the breakdown for a specific unit, showing only that unit’s share of the total contributions.

Simply select the desired unit from the dropdown menu to update the chart and table.
