Total contributions

The Total Contributions page provides an overview of the entire building’s contributions, showing how the total funding requirements are distributed across all maintenance categories and all units.

This view helps managers and committees understand the overall cost structure of the maintenance plan and how contributions are shared between different building components and units.

How it works

  • The page displays the total contributions for the building across all owners or units.

  • Contributions are grouped into the same categories as the individual view:

      • Enclosure – external parts of the building such as roof, wall cladding, and windows

      • Interior – partitions, doors, floors and internal elements

      • Finish – tiling, carpeting
      • Services – systems such as plumbing, electrical, fire equipments, and lifts

      • External – landscaping, pavements, and site features

      • Miscellaneous – other items not covered in the main categories

      • Fees, Income & Adjustments – includes professional fees, bank charges, income, and any manual contribution adjustments

  • A pie chart provides a visual breakdown of how total contributions are distributed across these categories, helping identify which areas drive the majority of long-term costs.
